Should I get Pay-as-you-go credits or a subscription?
For one-off or hard-to-predict video needs, pay as you go credits are a great option. For larger or ongoing rendering needs, you'll save on every video that you render with a subscription.
What happens if I go over my credit limit?
Your videos and images will continue to render. Any credits you use in excess of your allowance will be charged as overage at the end of your billing cycle. Overage is charged at a 30% premium to the rate in your plan.
How many minutes of video can I create with 1 credit?
1 credit is equal to 1 minute of video, regardless of resolution.
How many images can I create with 1 credit?
With 1 credit you can create 10 images.
Do you round up my videos to the nearest minute?
We round your videos down to the second. This means that a 30 second video is charged 0.5 credits.
Do my credits carry over into the next month?
Yes. You can roll over up to 3x your monthly credit budget month to month. Credits are valid as long as you're subscribed.
